Adam Kiley – Head, Business Development
Adam L. Kiley is Non-Executive Director-Corporate at Matador Mining Ltd. and Head-Business Development at Lotus Resources Ltd. Mr. Kiley previously held the position of Research Analyst at RFC Ambrian Ltd. (UK) and Research Analyst at Ambrian Partners Ltd. Mr. Kiley received an undergraduate degree from Curtin University.
Keith Bowes – Managing Director
Keith Bowes was appointed as Managing Director of Lotus Resources in February 2021. Keith was part of the original due diligence team that was involved in the acquisition of the Company’s Kayelekera asset. He has worked in director and senior executive positions for a number of ASX listed mining companies and has over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry, with extensive knowledge in metallurgy, project development, capital markets and operations. Keith holds a BSc. Chemical Engineering from the University of Natal in South Africa.
Lotus Resources Ltd, formerly Hylea Metals Limited, is an exploration company controlling a portfolio of tenements in Western Australia. The Company is engaged in the development of interests in exploration projects in the resource industry in Australia. It has two segments: Development assets, and Exploration and evaluation assets, which includes assets that are associated with the determination and assessment of the existence of commercial economic reserves. Its projects include Pilbara Iron Project, Ashburton Project, and Hylea Cobalt project. The Pilbara Iron Project consists of the Rocklea Channel Iron Deposit (CID) in the central Pilbara Iron Ore Province of Western Australia. The Ashbburton Project is located in the Ashburton Basin, and is approximately 10 to 40 kilometers from infrastructure associated with the Paraburdoo iron ore operations of Rio Tinto Limited. The Hylea Cobalt project consists of the Hylea and Bulbodney tenements that includes Tiger’s Creek Prospect.
